The landmark is the continuation of Buzand Boulevard’s green axis— a concept that extends the lush landscape of the boulevard up through the tower itself. A series of biophilic moments woven into the vertical height of the building allow its users to engage with nature in new and unexpected ways, reinforcing a deep connection between the built environment and the natural world.

As one moves along the new pedestrian retail street, the city opens into the WTC Yerevan public plaza — a lively new gathering place at the heart of the city. Designed as a destination for people, the plaza brings together music, festivals, culture, and everyday city life.
